Introducing The Resilience Project

We are excited to announce that Lockwood PS will participate in The Resilience Project schools program in 2022.Every Monday, all students participate in The Resilience Project’sonline wellbeing curriculum in our classrooms.

Leap Into Learning 2024!

Our Leap Into Learning tranisition program will be held in term 4.  Our 2024 Preps students will attend 5 sessions during Term 4 to get to know our school ready for next year.

Welcome to 2023

Welcome to the 2023 school year at Lockwood Primary School.Students will need to to bring to school their:Sunsmart Hat (clearly named)Healthy snack, lunch and recess snackDrink bottle clearly namedSchool uniform - please ensure all items are clearly named.

Welcome Back Picnic

We are excited to be able to have our Welcome Back evening for our school community. On Tuesday 21st February families are invited to come along, tour the open classrooms, and then share a family picnic.  

School Breakfast Club

Brekky Club is back and will operate every Tuesday morning from 8:30-8:55am. Students are welcome to come along to school early and share breakfast with their friends.   Brekky Club is served from the canteen.    

2024 Prospective Family Tours

During Education Week, prospective 2024 families are invited to come along to our school for a tour of our classrooms and facilities.The school is open for tours on the 16th and 18th of May between 9:00-10:00am.Tours at other times can be arranged by telephoning the school office.

2023 Fruit Tree Drive Is Open

Our 2023 Fruit Tree Drive is on again. The order form can be found in "Forms" under the Our School tab.There are lots of bare rooted fruit trees and other trees available to buy, as well as citruis and trees in pots.    Lots to choose from!!Orders are due back at school by Wednesday 7th June.

Student Free Day - Friday 9th June

School Council has approved Friday 9th of June as a Student Free Day for Term 2 for teachers to undertake work on writing Semester 1 reports.If families require care, Their Care will operate on this day.  Please book for care through the Their Care app
